Привет всем!

А кто-нибудь делал пирсинг? Можно ли его делать?

РС 5 лет без изменений, колю Копаксон-40, уже проверил:
- йогу и фитнесс
- скалолазание
- лазерную косметологию
- вино, курение и тд
- прививку Спутник
- болеть гриппом

Все нормально! Мой опыт по каждому пункту:

Йога и фитнесс
Нужно искать своего тренера и студию. У меня было плохое самочуствие от хатха из-за того, что учительница загоняла организм в перегруз, несмотря на мои протесты и слова про РС. Решается сменой учителя или студии. Фитнесс - то же самое.

Скалолазание
Для меня это легче йоги, разумеется - никаких спортивных целей.

Лазерная косметология
Эпиляция - ОК, никаких признаков РС.
Лечение акне - нет, оно триггернуло иммунитет, голова была "больной" пару дней после.

Вино, курение и тд
Хорошее грузинское вино - все ОК. Дешевое - нет.
Сигареты укладывают спать с "больной" головой. Вейпы - все ОК.

Прививка Спутник
Все ОК

Болеть гриппом
Все болит, мутная голова, организм не выздоравливает даже от больного горла. Лечились антибиотиками во всех случаях, другое не работает.
